The agreement between you and Joydle Interactive LTD for Winch.

License

You buy a permanent license to use Winch, with every update, on two Macs. It is a one-time purchase, with nothing to renew. Please don't share, resell or redistribute your key or the app.

Payment and refunds

Stripe is the merchant of record: it takes the payment, handles tax and sends your receipt. If Winch isn't for you, email us within 14 days of buying for a full refund; the key then stops working.

Your accounts and your AI

Your store and AI keys stay on your Mac, and Apple's, Google's and your AI provider's own terms apply to their services. Winch changes your listings only when you confirm, so check what it will publish first. Rankings, reach and difficulty are estimates, and no ranking is guaranteed.

Warranty and liability

Winch is provided as it is. Our liability is limited to what you paid, as far as the law allows; your rights under consumer law are not affected. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Changes

If these terms change, the new ones apply to purchases after the date at the top.
